Returns: We do not offer refunds, however, your online purchase is eligible for online store credit or exchange. All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will not be paid by EdMar Company. You are responsible for return shipping and you may use the carrier of your choice. Make sure before finalizing your on-line order, the items you are purchasing are up to your skill level so you will not have buyer’s remorse.

In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please CONTACT US FIRST with your order information and the product you would like to return/exchange. You have 30 days from the invoice date to get a “Return Authorization” number (RA#). After 30 days NO returns are possible.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT: The cost of the merchandise will be credited to your account upon arrival and inspection.

EXCHANGE: The customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipping of your new merchandise. If there is a difference in the price of the item/s being exchanged, you will be responsible for that cost as well
